Kitchen Remodeling in Hoffman Estates

This kitchen in Hoffman Estates received a luxurious renovation from the team at Sunny Construction & Remodeling. Let’s look at some of the features of this stunning dream kitchen.

• Granite countertops. These gray granite countertops make a bold statement in this elegant kitchen.
• Dark wood cabinets. The design of this kitchen uses three main colors: the lighter color of the wood flooring, the grays of the countertops and appliances, and dark brown hues of the cabinets. Together, these components form a striking, upscale appearance.
• New wood flooring. For a contrast with the dark wood of the cabinets, and grays of the countertops and backsplash, we choose a lighter color for the wood flooring. The light reflects from the lighter stained wood, making the kitchen appear brighter, and creating a complete color palette in the redesigned kitchen.
• Kitchen island. The island in the middle of the kitchen allows more prep space, and also matches the counters with granite countertop, and dark wood cabinets built into the base.
• Custom kitchen backsplash. A custom tile backsplash was installed around the perimeter of the main counterspace. The colors used in this backsplash were muted grays and browns, that match the rest of the components in the kitchen.
• New custom kitchen lighting fixtures. We installed a new lighting fixture that hangs above the kitchen island, and also under-cabinet lighting for the counter areas. The end result is a fully illuminated kitchen that uses light to it’s full advantage.
• Stainless steel appliances. The over-the-range microwave and kitchen range match the brushed stainless steel refrigerator, creating a cohesive look in this re-imagined kitchen.
