Coming Through When It Counts For Chicago Homeowners
Main bathroom renovation – This was the first remodeling project we had ever done and we were terrified by all that could go wrong. We had multiple proposals provided for a bathroom remodel and building of a new bathroom in what is currently a walking closet. Rafal, of Sunny Construction, was quick to come and give an estimate and provided his bid exactly when he said he would. He gave us a bid for each room separately in case we decided to do both or just one. His bid was significantly below the other bids we received and Rafal just seemed as if he wasn’t interested in putting his kids through private school with this project. We elected to just renovate the bathroom and not build the new bathroom, just out of fear of the unexpected expenses that come up on those home improvement shows like Filp or Flop.
Luckily we didn’t have to worry about anything because Rafal took care of everything. He and another worker were at my home on time everyday and worked til 5pm as he said they would. They finished the job in a week, exactly as he said he would.
We are so extremely happy with the finished product and now find ourselves hanging out in the bathroom because we love the way it looks. Our only regret is that we didn’t build the new bathroom. Before Rafal left we talked to him about renovating our kitchen. Very happy we found Sunny Construction.

Meticulous Attention to Detail
I would highly recommend Rafal and his guys for any home remodeling. The quality was absolutely top shelf! He and his guys are meticulous in level of work, cleanliness and care in your surroundings. They are well worth the time and cost! A plumbing pipe began dripping 3 months later and he came back that same week, opened the kitchen ceiling, fixed it and left the same day like no one had opened the ceiling! I have done a few home improvement projects with Rafal and Sunny Construction & Remodeling. I keep going back to Rafal as he has always done an excellent job completing the projects from start to finish.
