We got rid of the dated wallpaper, swapping it out for a new paint job. The generic sink, countertop and cabinets were upgraded to his and her sinks with separate black-finished cabinets, with new custom backsplash tiling. The old tub was partitioned off from the sink area and also received custom tiling. The old tile flooring collected grime in the grout, and this was replaced with new faux-stone laminate flooring. Rafal and Sunny Construction did an excellent job on my bathroom remodel. They ripped out an older tub, took the wall liner off, and ripped down the old drywall. They then put up new drywall, a new tub, a new shower valve, and installed new wall tiles and accents. It looks fantastic and I am very happy I chose to go with Sunny Construction & Remodeling.
Pricing was very fair and reasonable. I had gotten 5 total quotes for the job and did my research on the estimates. Rafal had the best price. Quality of work was excellent. I am the type of person who looks at even the smallest things. They did a great job and I can gladly say that they paid great attention to detail. We hit a snag during mid-operation when they found some pipes where they shouldn’t be and my shower base wouldn’t fit. Rafal carefully went over the different options with me and we decided to install a tub. He chose the perfect tub for us and only charged us the difference in materials. They finished when they said they were going to finish. Actually, they even beat their estimated project time. They went straight through our project from start to finish with no delays. Master Bathroom Remodeling
Our master bathroom was remodeled by Sunny Construction & Remodeling. We were told our worker would arrive at 7 am and he was on time every day. He always cleaned up before he left. As our project went along we were always asked specifically where we would like things arranged like the niche and the toilet paper holder for example. They wanted to make sure they were doing what we expected. The bathroom was very well prepped for painting which surprised me as most painters don’t worry about the “small” defects on the wall, but everything was done quite well. We had radiant heat added to our floors and the third day it stopped working. I texted Rafal and he asked a couple of questions and by the end of the day he had installed a new thermostat. Great customer service! There were no surprises when it came to billing. We are hoping to use them again for our second bathroom remodel in the spring.
