Here is a kitchen remodeling project we completed for a customer in Hanover Park. The renovated kitchen features new stainless steel appliances, a better use of space, cabinet refacing, custom kitchen tile backsplash, resurfaced countertops, and freshly installed wood flooring.
This kitchen remodel opened up space and by adding lighting, updating appliances, refinishing the island, and replacing cabinetry. The layout of the island was refreshed for ease of use, putting the cabinets on the opposite side, facing the sink now. The updated color scheme of creams, pale blues, and a grey and black backsplash coalesce into an intricate design. The outdated wallpaper was updated with beautiful tiling and a new paint. The new chandelier lighting has old-town charm while mixing modern and traditional styles. The new stove, dishwasher, and hood exhaust in beautiful stainless steel tie the room together while giving a smoother surface to clean. The quartz countertops and top of island give the island an elegance that was missing before the remodel.

Amazing Remodeling Work
Sunny Construction & Remodeling did an amazing job on my kitchen. After talking with other construction companies Sunny Construction was the best choice for me. I was in need of everything new in my kitchen, but did not want to go in debt to get what I needed. I basically kept the same layout so the price would not be to high. There were some small changes to make things look different. The job took 14 days.
There was only one worker at the house to get the job done with Rafal coming in a few times to help with a few things. They needed to demo everything. They hauled away everything and cleaned up when done.
If you are not in need of a designer to plan everything out and know what you want look know farther. Sunny Construction can get the job done and it will look amazing and his price won’t hurt your pocketbook. You could even purchase your own materials and have them do the install. That is a great option to have. They work Monday – Friday with 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. being the hours they work. Again Sunny Construction is the best.
