- Tub to shower conversion. This bathroom previously had a corner whirlpool tub in the corner by the window and a shower next to it. We removed both the old shower ancloser and the tub and installed an new shower in the corner, where the tub used to be. Two of the walls on the enclosure are clear glass, and the other two are an elegant gray pattern. The shower base and recessed caddy feature a beautiful geometric pattern with complementary white and green-gray colors.
- New vanity and countertops. We replaced the generic vanity and resin countertop with a beautiful faux natural stone countertop and underneath that, a dark stained vanity. This was a major visual upgrade and helped create more storage space.
- Bathroom bench with cabinet storage. One unique feature of this bathroom design is the bathroom bench with cabinet-like storage. This sturdy bench is essentially a storage area that matches the sink vanity with the dark espresso stain and brushed steel handles.
- New premium sink fixtures. Check out the brushed steel faucet and handles on the sink. These give a distinct luxury feel to the sink area.
- Updated flooring. The vinyl flooring was replaced with luxurious large tiles, with a faux-marble pattern similar to the countertops. This helps brighten the room by reflecting light more efficiently, and enhancing the color scheme.
- New illuminated mirror. The standard plain square mirror was replaced with a fancy mirror with a built-in soft white LED light.
- Fresh paint with new color. Like a lot of bathrooms, the original bathroom had a lot of beige and brown. To complement all the changes we made in the bathroom color scheme, we painted the walls a subtle greenish-gray with white baseboards and trim. This creates a soothing color palette for this bathroom.
