This shower upgrade made a big difference in this homeowners bathroom. Previously, the shower had a standard white base and enclosure. The homeowner wanted something with more character, and also an upgrade to the regular hand-held shower head.
In the new version of the shower, we installed a more elegant shower that has stone like patterns in the paneling. The shower base also has small square tiles that have the beige and brown colors of stone.
One of the major infrastructure changes to the shower is the addition of shower jets. These three nozzles spray water at the torso level to fully clean the body, and create a more relaxing and invigorating shower.
Additionally, there is a recessed storage area in the shower enclosure for toiletry items like shampoo bottles. This is decorated with small square backsplash tiles the color of copper, cobalt, and sandstone. In the eye-level area of the shower, there are interlocking geometric tiles instead of the standard square pattern.
The overall appearance of the new shower is one of striking elegance and prestige. Functionality was also greatly improved in this final version of the bathroom.
